Yummy Istanbul Named One of Europe's Top 10 Food Tours by Viator (2022, 2024 & 2025)
Viator named Yummy Istanbul's Taste of Two Continents one of Europe's Top 10 food tours in 2022, 2024, and 2025. The only food tour from Turkey on the list.
In October 2022, the Viator Experience Awards named Yummy Istanbul’s Taste of Two Continents tour one of Europe’s Top 10 Food Tours and Experiences. It was the only food tour from Istanbul, or anywhere in Turkey, to make the list. Viator repeated the recognition in 2024 and again in 2025.
What the Viator Experience Awards measure
The award ranks the world’s top food experiences by average review rating, the number of reviews, and the number of bookings over a 12-month period. As the world’s leading online travel agency, Viator, together with Tripadvisor, sets the bar for the best things to do and see across the world.

Who else made the 2022 list
Taste of Two Continents sat in the Top 10 alongside wine-tasting tours from Prague and Dubrovnik, pasta making in Frascati, Italy, and food tours in Athens, Reykjavik, Bologna, Rome, and Florence.
The reviews behind the award
At the time of the 2022 award, Taste of Two Continents had over 1,182 five-star reviews, and Yummy Istanbul’s licensed local guides had collected more than 2,000 five-star reviews across TripAdvisor, Google, Airbnb, Facebook, and other platforms.
The numbers have kept moving since. Yummy Istanbul now holds a 4.95 out of 5 average from more than 7,800 reviews and has hosted over 50,000 guests since 2013. Every tour still runs with a maximum of 10 guests. Award badges and media coverage, including this one, have come from outlets including Fodor’s, Condé Nast Traveler and Lonely Planet.
