Ingredients
- 2 radishes, coarsely grated
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated fine
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Salt and black pepper
Method
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Served chilled or at room temperature.
